Work

This is the 4th company within a short span of 7yrs, but if we look at our older generation everyone have been working with the same company for more than 30yrs. For the past three months I have been checking some logs as part as my production support, and I started cribbing to my manager that 7yrs of experince is been used to view logs which an entry level person can do it. Was there these types of cribbing by the older generation people who had been doing the same job for 30yrs+.

Is this the trend with the current generation or does the environment enforces this on them??
