ICICI Bank

In our company there is a database where employees can put any type of gossip or views about anything which does not hurt others. Today there was a long mail tralier about ICICI Bank. Since I was free today had the chance to go through the complete trailer and to my suprise no one has given a good comment about ICICI Bank. A bank which considers itself as one of the leading banks in the country does not know about what is customer satisfaction or service to customers.

Is this because they have a huge customer base????
