Delhi Climate

The Climate of Delhi is a mistry. Two days back the minimum temperature was 3.7 deg Centigrade and max was around 11 deg. Centigrade. But today the temperature is around 20 deg Centigrade. People who are born and brought up say this is not how Delhi use to be.
