Leadership

Today we had a leadership seminar conducted by our company. The speaker was Mr. Kiran Karnik, the president of NASSCOM. There were leadership seminar's conducted previously, but I had never taken care to attend those. But today I went for the only reason the speaker was NASSCOM and he was the President of that.

The speech was not convincing but the Q&A session was really good. Even though we were allowed to ask only limited questions, the questions were sharp and also got a good answers for the same.
