Massacre
The act on July 11 was a butchery act, whoever has done this. It pains to see people die for they have done nothing. All people who are involved in this should be punished without trail.
Punishment is okay. We need to improve the country's first aid mechanism and the infrastructure. All big cities need to be alerted and be available with emergency medical response team.
